The mission of the center for social help in Dimitrovgrad is to help people who are unable to take care of themselves. We exist for those who seek help, support and advice of an expert. We work independently and in cooperation with the local self-governing, official, humanitarian, non-governmental and other organisation in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad. The center users are:
1. Children - without parental care, socially and financially insecure, children and the young with disorders in social conduct, children disrupted in their psycho-physical development and the young coming from families with problematic relationship. 2. Adults - with disorders in their social conduct, physically and mentally impaired, financially insecure and neglected, and adults with family problems.
3. The old - people without any finances or family care, people who are seriously or chronically ill. |

| The center for social work in Dimitrovgrad is a specialised facility within the system of social protection which protects the rigths and interests of the citizens of Dimitrovgrad and their families. By doing so, it directly carries out various types of their social and legal protection. We have been facing human suffering for ten years, we have a difficult and humane mission. We protect children without parental care, children with difficulties in development, neglected and abused children, children whose parents are either in conflict or in the process of divorce. We help children with problems in their conduct together with their parents to achieve positive results. We provide sustenance for the old and handicapped. |
